The Firepit

With expansive views of the lush fields and trees in the distance, the firepit is a lovely place to have your ceremony. The stone path provides a natural aisle and is just outside the front door of the bridal suite, making it the beautiful, convenient choice for your ceremony.

The Tunnel of Love

Reminiscent of Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah, GA, the Tunnel of Love is a beautiful grass path with trees on both sides. The tree canopy provides shade for your ceremony as well as a beautiful backdrop for pictures on all sides. This is a bride favorite and a rare find!

The Front Lawn

The 5 acre front lawn provides multiple backdrop options for your ceremony, ranging from intimate wooded areas, to expansive fields, to water views!

The Dock

The dock is the perfect spot for an intimate ceremony with your close family and friends gathered around. It features a beautiful backdrop of a pond and woodlands behind. For large groups, you can shift the ceremony to the side of the dock, with the pond as a backdrop.

The Patio

While most couples choose an outdoor ceremony area as their primary location, the patio is the perfect backup for a rainy day. With our drop down screens, the space can also be conditioned to keep you comfortable year round without compromising your view.

The reception area features post and beam construction, with warm, natural wood walls for a rustic look. Seating for up to 160 guests. Our large covered back patio provides additional space for cocktail hour, a dance floor or additional seating for your guests and features a built in bar for alcohol service. Both spaces are conditioned for comfort in hot or cold weather.

The Bridal suite

Our updated Bridal Suite is the perfect place to get ready for your big day. With several hair and makeup stations, two full baths, a full kitchen and ample lounging space, you will love spending the day here! Our bridal suite also serves as our overnight accommodations, sleeping up to 8 guests. Book the night before your wedding and enjoy a full evening and relaxing morning with your whole bridal party!

The Groom's suite

Safely tucked away in a different building, our Groom’s Suite provides a perfect getting ready spot. Complete with a mini fridge, TV, full bath, large covered patio and multiple entertainment options, there is nothing else you’ll need!

***Want to hold a rehearsal dinner the night before? Decorate early? Brunch and gift opening the day after? Covey Creek offers multi-day packages with lodging available in the bridal suite as well as the option to camp on property.

  • A two-day rental period starts at 4pm the day before the wedding and goes until 11pm the night of the wedding.

  • A full weekend rental period starts at 2pm the day before the wedding and goes until 2pm the day after the wedding.  

  • Guests not staying overnight must leave the property by 10pm on the night before the wedding and by 11pm on the night of the wedding.  

  • Music and bar service must conclude by 10pm.

The items listed below are COMPLETELY OPTIONAL additions to the venue rental packages above.
If you choose to serve alcohol at your event, you’ll need to purchase a bartending package. Our package includes a licensed bartender, ice, and containers to serve your alcohol. You can provide your own alcohol, limited to canned beverages, wine, and mixed drinks of your choice. Alternatively, you may hire a licensed and insured bartending service approved by Covey Creek in lieu of our package.

We will provide high quality polyester + cotton blend tablecloths for your event through our linen partner. Multiple colors are available. They will be on site ready to use the day of your event.

We also include access to our selection of table decor including table runners and centerpiece options. You can view them here.

We will provide a golf cart with driver to transport guests (especially elderly and disabled guests who have trouble walking) as well as the wedding party to the ceremony location in the tree tunnel and back to the reception space. 

When you leave, we ask that you leave the venue as you found it with the exception of sweeping, mopping and servicing bathrooms. If you would prefer to have us clean to save you and your family the hassle at the end of the night, we offer a cleaning package to cover the cost of a cleaning service.

Our minimum pricing for this package is for 80 guests. Additional guests can be added for a fee and additional services can be added as needed. 

You’re also welcome to bring in additional vendors as you see fit!

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Covey Creek Farm listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost – $225.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
