Every wedding package includes...
Exclusive Venue Access
You'll have exclusive access to the venue during your rental period - no other weddings on site at the same time! Our standard rental is 11am - 11pm, but an earlier 9am start can be added if desired.
Wedding Ceremony
Your choice of any of our beautiful outdoor ceremony locations shown below with setup and cleanup of the chairs and arbor included! We also have an indoor ceremony site that can be used if you prefer or as a backup in case of rain (with no venue flip required!).

Reminiscent of Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah, GA, the Tunnel of Love is a beautiful grass path with trees on both sides. The tree canopy provides shade for your ceremony as well as a beautiful backdrop for pictures on all sides. This is a bride favorite and a rare find!

With expansive views of the lush fields and trees in the distance, the firepit is a lovely place to have your ceremony. The stone path provides a natural aisle and is just outside the front door of the bridal suite, making it the beautiful, convenient choice for your ceremony.

If you’re looking for water, the pond may be your ideal spot! Featuring a beautiful water backdrop with trees and grasses behind, the pond makes a beautiful location for a ceremony. It is also a great spot to come grab sunset photos!

While most couples choose an outdoor ceremony area as their primary location, the patio is the perfect backup for a rainy day. With our drop down screens, the space can also be conditioned to keep you comfortable year round without compromising your view.

Conditioned Reception Space
The reception space seats up to 160 guests with an attached covered patio space for cocktail hour and dancing. Both the venue and patio have heat and air conditioning to be ready for any weather. Tables and chairs are included, as well as setup, breakdown, and janitorial so you can enjoy your wedding night rather than cleaning up after the party!

Bridal Suite
Our updated Bridal Suite is the perfect place to get ready for your big day. With several hair and makeup stations, two full baths, a full kitchen and ample lounging space, you will love spending the day here! Our bridal suite also serves as our overnight accommodations, sleeping up to 8 guests. Book the night before your wedding and enjoy a full evening and relaxing morning with your whole bridal party!

Groom Suite
Safely tucked away in a different building, our Groom's Suite provides a perfect getting ready spot. Complete with a mini fridge, TV, full bath, large covered patio and multiple entertainment options, there is nothing else you'll need!

Decor Collection
We include access to our decor collection with a plentiful stock of decor items to choose from. Our team can also assist you in choosing decor from our collection to bring your vision to life!
Stunning Outdoor Photo Spots
You'll have access to all of our stunning photo spots surrounding the venue, including all of the ceremony sites. You can also schedule an engagement shoot on site if desired!
Golf Cart Shuttle
We provide a golf cart shuttle when hosting your ceremony at the Tunnel of Love to help guests that need assistance as well as deliver the bridal party to the ceremony.
Setup and Cleanup
We provide setup of all tables, chairs, and arbor for ceremony and reception. We will also assist with decor setup and take care of all cleanup and janitorial at the end of the night. You can just load up what you brought and continue enjoying your evening - no need to stay and clean! 🙂
Monthly Open Houses
Every 3-4 weeks we open our doors for you to come by and do any planning you need on site. Our decor will be available for viewing and use during this time and our staff will be available to answer any questions!

Our team is happy to assist you as you plan your wedding, including providing you access to our preferred vendor list and making personalized vendor recommendations based on your wedding vision.

The Packages
Venue Plus Package
This package is perfect for couples who want to plan their own wedding or already have a wedding planner. We include things that other venues do not, including a staff member on site, setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and decor, as well as monthly open houses and guidance throughout your planning process.
This package includes everything listed above, with additional a-la-carte items available (listed below).

The Basics Package
The basics package is perfect for couples who want to have a hand in planning, but would like the basics handled for them. In addition to the Venue Plus Package, we’re also including a coordinator, table linens, catering, and wedding cake among other bonuses.
In additional to the items included with every wedding rental, The Basics Package also includes:
- High quality house table linens
- Month of wedding coordination
- Professional full-service catering (menu here, upgrades available)
- Clear disposable plates and flatware (upgrades available)
- Wedding cake
- Access to silk floral collection
- Up to 80 guests included (additional $25/pp)

All-Inclusive Package
If you want a “done-for-you” wedding, this is the package for you! We’re including almost everything you need for your wedding day to make planning a breeze.
In additional to the items included with every wedding rental, The All-Inclusive Package also includes:

Extended Rental Options
Want to start earlier on wedding day? Hold a rehearsal dinner the night before? Brunch and gift opening the day after?
Covey Creek offers multi-day packages with lodging available in the bridal suite.
- A two-day rental period starts at 4pm the day before the wedding and goes until 11pm the night of the wedding.
- 9am start on wedding day included with 2-day rental.
- Guests not staying overnight must leave the property by 10pm on the night before the wedding.
- Rehearsal dinner catering, decor, and linens available for additional fee – inquire for details.
- Full weekend rentals also available – inquire for details.
Bartending
$500 for up to 80 guests, $750 for up to 160 guests
- One or two bartenders depending on guest count
- Up to 5 hours of service
- Beer, wine and liquor service for up to 80 guests
- Bar tools and service equipment
- Cups to serve alcohol
- Ice for drinks and coolers
- You provide alcohol and mixers
***A bartending package is required for all events with alcohol***
Why do we need to use your bartending package?
We are a FUN venue and want all of your guests to have a great time, while also being able to safely return home at the end of the evening. We’ve found the best way to deliver on this goal is to provide in-house bartending service.
Our bartenders also know our venue the best, and can not only provide excellent service, but also act as guides for you and your guests if any questions or issues arise throughout your event. We also handle stocking of the bar as soon as you deliver the alcohol so you know the beer will be cold and ready to serve as soon as the bar opens!
