The foundation

Every wedding includes all of this.

Before a single add-on, your rental covers the whole property and our team. This is the baseline for all three packages.

Exclusive venue access

The whole property to yourselves, 11am–11pm. Just one wedding on site at a time.

Your ceremony site

Choice of four outdoor sites, plus a conditioned indoor space as your rain plan — no venue flip.

Conditioned reception

Seats up to 160 with a covered patio, heat & air, tables and chairs included.

Getting-ready suites

An updated bridal suite (sleeps 8) and a separate groom's suite, both fully appointed.

Setup & cleanup

We set up tables, chairs and arbor, assist with decor, and handle all teardown and janitorial.

Decor collection

Access to our in-house decor, plus monthly open houses to plan and style on site.

Photo spots & shuttle

All of our scenic spots for photos, plus a golf-cart shuttle for the Tunnel of Love ceremony.

Planning assistance

Guidance throughout, our preferred-vendor list, and personalized recommendations.

Parking & prep kitchen

A large lot for up to 150 cars and a caterer-approved prep kitchen on site.

Required for any event with alcohol. Our in-house bartenders know the venue best and keep the night running smoothly and safely. You provide the alcohol and mixers; we handle the rest.

How much is a wedding at Covey Creek?

Pricing is published and transparent across three tiers: Venue Plus from $2,950, Semi-Inclusive from $7,950, and All-Inclusive from $13,950.

What's included in the base price?

Exclusive use of the property, your choice of ceremony site, the conditioned reception space, both getting-ready suites, and our team for setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

Are there any hidden fees?

No — our rates are published with no hidden fees, and your price is locked the moment you sign. Applicable sales tax and optional event insurance are the only add-ons.

Does the price change depending on the date?

Yes. Rates flex by season and day of the week, with weekdays and the off-season the best value. Every open date's starting price is shown on our Availability calendar.

What's the difference between the three packages?

Venue Plus is bring-your-own-vendors; Semi-Inclusive handles the essentials like catering, cake, and month-of coordination; All-Inclusive is fully done-for-you, including florals, photographer, and DJ.

Do you have options for smaller weddings?

Yes — our Intimate Mini and Micro packages are designed for smaller guest counts, on the same private grounds.

How do we hold our date?

A signed contract and a reserve fee secure your date and lock your rate. We'll walk you through it after your tour.

The fine print, in plain terms.

A $1M event insurance policy is required, listing Covey Creek Farm as additionally insured (approximately $225). Pricing is subject to change, but your contracted rate and terms are locked on the date your contract is written — not the date of your tour. And as always, there are no hidden fees: every rental cost and add-on is listed right here.
